This is an alpinist pack for serious mountaineering use. It follows the fast and light philosophy, for long day climbing, skiing, or ice climbing.
If you are preparing for that alpine route you dream about every night, this is your backpack. Just pack inside your gear and stuff, pull on your harness and live the adventure.
Features
Lowe Alpine Mountain Attack Pro 35+10 is outfitted with a molded back that sits close to the body, protecting the spine and offering ample support. That makes us easier to carry heavy loads even when we scrambling up the mountain. It is easy also to attach the climbing gear on it. It has Web Catcher buckles for securing axes, skis, and poles, along with multiple haul loops and bungee attach points for other items.
The internal storage of Mountain Attack Pro 35+10 is also ample. It has 2,700 cubic inches of space divided between a large main compartment and an extendible lid. The pockets and loops as log as the dual daisy chains, and bonded wand pockets perfectly store the rest of our gear.
Incomplete hydration in the mountain means faster fatigue. Therefore Mountain Attack Pro is hydration compatible, with a built-in hydration sleeve and an exit port for a drinking tube.
Other Features included are:
- A lightweight Load Locker that makes access more easy when wearing thick gloves
- A dual-density shoulder harness
- Mitt-friendly zipper pulls
- Bonded side protection panels

Good review … all solid points. I would also advice people to definitely check out Lowe Alpines Hyperlite series – The Nanon or the Zepton 50. These backpacks weigh less than 2.5 lbs and have as many or more features than Lowe Alpine’s long running series. But either way, I’m yet to go wrong with my Lowe Alpine packs! Enjoy the trail!
